All earnings claims are estimates and due to the nature of commission based payments do not guarantee earnings now or in the future. All drivers are protected against losses via our Earnings Guarantee as set forth below. Any statements on this site or any materials or programs distributed or sold by ReferralCars have not been evaluated by third parties.

All drivers who have not earned a commission or other earnings within 90 days of providing proof that they have installed the decal on their rear window and driven at least 1000 miles with the decal properly displayed on the rear window are entitled to a $100 gift card through restaurant.com. If no proof of decal installation (and subsequent verification after 90 days) is provided, driver is not eligible for guarantee. 

If you are unsatisfied with any part of our program you are eligible for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. To cancel or request a refund it is recommended that you contact our toll free call center at 1.888.789.8424 or email us at hello@referralcars.com

Refunds can only be processed in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

which than recurs every 12 months at $35 (or pro-rated amount) unless previously cancelled. Renewal explained below:

You will always be notified at least 3 days in advance prior to billing. You will also be sent a receipt of payment after billing. No surprises. If you do not cancel prior to being billed and desire a refund, you will be eligible for a full refund per our refund policy contained here under the section titled "Refund Policy". You (Customer) understand and acknowledge that you are signing up for an annual renewal fee of $35 (or pro rated amount) which recurs every 12 months .  If you feel the program is not for you or don't want to be billed for the annual renewal of your phone tracking code, call us any time previous to your renewal date to avoid the purchase fee of $35 and enrollment into our "Auto-Renewal" program that will renew activation of your phone tracking code keeping your decal active and tracking all sales and activity from your driving efforts. If you do not call or email to cancel previous to your scheduled renewal date you will be charged $35 or pro-rated amount. To ensure that your tracking code is not unintentionally cancelled while driving, you will automatically be enrolled in our subscription program ("Auto-Renewal") whereby your tracking code will be remain active each year. Auto-Renewal of the tracking code will continue unless cancelled by you or ReferralCars prior. 

We reserve the right to adjust the date of the first bill according to company protocol or schedules in which case you will be billed a pro-rated amount of the annual renewal and not the full amount. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue the activation of your phone tracking code to any user at any time at our sole discretion.

Address the return package to: 974 S Main St, Pleasant Grove Utah 84062. We want you to be fully satisfied with every decal that you are sent from us. Therefore, if you are not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of the date that the product was delivered to you. Refunds are not automatically processed with returns. Refund policy to follow.
